The Deep Knowledge, Wisdom and Great Secrets of Jap Ji.
The Specific Pronunciation and Rhythm of Jap Ji (As handed down from the oral tradition of Guru Gobind Singh)
Never Before Taught Meditations.

“Jap ji is the sacred “Ganges” of Dharma, which flowed through the mouth of Guru Nanak, the awakened one. Because it comes from the enlightened one, it became illuminated and enlightenment entered into it. The Sacred Naad of Jap Ji, the intoxicated dance of Jap Ji, the poetry of Jap Ji and every word of Jap Ji became divine. When one reads it, when one feels it, when one sees it and when one hears it, one also catches this illumination.” -Yogi Amandeep Singh

From the unknown, through the “Rasana,” the melodious tongue of the blessed one, Guru Nanak, Jap Ji came into the known. The structure of its sacred sounds are like liquid. They are flowing, allowing many meanings: meanings in the mode of love, Bhakti Yoga; meanings in the mode of wisdom, Gian Yoga, and meanings in the mode of sound, Naad Yoga. Each word has its own music around it, a certain aroma, an element, a meditation, a kriya and a star of the galaxies associated with it. It is based on the deep yogic science of Unity of Being that is Ik Ongkaar.

Along the 12-Week Journey You Will Encounter
Advaita Vedanta–the non-dual path of the Himalayan Sages. Ik Ongkaar (Unity of Being): everything is a modulation of one being. There is no other.

Bhakti Yoga–We will dive into Jap Ji through the approach of love that is Bhakti Yoga. With tears of Sat (Beingness), Chit (consciousness) and Anand, (bliss), we will open our hearts.

Gian Yoga –We will open the doors of Jap Ji through the wisdom of Gian Yoga.

Naad Yoga –Right Pronunciation According to the science of Gurbani, the emphasis is more on the sound than on the word. Within the ascents and descents of the sound and the lengths of soundless intervals in its recitation, lies the whole mystery of Jap Ji.

In trusting what you hear when you listen, there will be no obstacles on your path.
Guru Nanak Dev Ji

“If you can understand Jap Ji, something will start singing in you…something will start flowering in you.  All that is needed is openness and receptivity, so that this song can trigger the dormant energy in your being.”

ABOUT YOGI AMANDEEP SINGH
Yogi Amandeep comes from a deep lineage dating back to the origin of the Solar Dynasty — the Mother of all yogic traditions. Enriched with a background in psychotherapy and pyschology, his workshops are highly effective in transforming mental health issues, including depression, anxiety and emotional traumas. Earlier in his life, Yogi Amandeep was exposed to ancient yogic teachings from the Himalayan lineages. At a young age, he not only spent time with, but also received hidden teachings of oral traditions from great Himalayan sages. After completing his studies, Yogi Amandeep spent two years working as a professional counsellor and successfully ran a de-addiction program in Singapore. By this time, Yogi Amandeep had acquired a wealth of knowledge and prestigious academic qualifications, however his inner thirst for deeper wisdom wasn’t satisfied. His inner Journey began as his strong association with Himalayan yogic tradition brought him back to India. Yogi Amandeep spent several years learning Advaita Vedanta, (non-duality teachings), the ancient yogic science of metaphysics and all forms of yoga and ancient scriptures. He was fortunate to receive rare and hidden teachings from the oral Himalayan Yogic traditions. Yogi Amandeep is an authority on all yogic and eastern spiritual traditions (Buddhism, Sikhism, Jainism, Zen Buddhism, Sufism, Vedic traditions, Vaishnav, Tantric Traditions). He holds a special place in the lineage of the Udasi Sikh tradition started by Baba Sri Chand and the Nirmala tradition of Guru Gobind Singh.

What is the meaning of Ik Ongkaar? “There is a secret that is waiting to be revealed. The secret of the twilight zone within two breaths. The secret of the black hole within two heartbeats. The secret of the gap within the two thoughts. When the two points within every duality merges. Then one enters the garden of bewilderment and smells the fragrance called “Unity of Being.”In that timeless time and spaceless space, nothingness through the flute of beingness sings, the cosmic song, the secret is revealed. That secret is called Ik Ongkaar.”
