WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki is an energy healing technique that originated in Japan. Benefits can include: pain relief, relief from stress and anxiety, improved sleep, increased energy and feelings of peace and well being.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM A REIKI SESSION
You will lie, fully clothed, on a comfortable massage table. After discussing your session, Reinette will begin channeling energy with either hands on or hands off, depending on the client’s preference. The technique activates the relaxation response, and often the client will drift off into a peaceful sleep.

ABOUT REINETTE
Reinette is a Reiki Master Teacher trained in the Usui, Holy Fire and Karuna traditions. She has been working as a Reiki healing practitioner for 20 years and has been teaching Reiki Certification Courses from First Degree up to Master Teacher for the past 15 years. Reinette is also co-owner and director of Tenth Gate Yoga and founder of the Tenth Gate School for Yoga & Energy Healing.
