We are beginning a new practice for our Miracle Mo

We are beginning a new practice for our Miracle Morning Sadhana. The kriya focuses on kidneys, liver and heart. The meditation is an opportunity to count your blessings. Put together, both kriyas provide emotional and mental relief from worry, fear, anxiety and depression. Miracle Morning runs Monday-Friday, 6-7am on zoom.

We also offer online kundalini and meditation classes on Friday 9:30-11am and Sunday 9-10:30am with Reinette.

We have so many beautiful memories from our time in Rhode Island and look forward to returning to Portsmouth, RI, the birthplace of Tenth Gate Yoga.

With guidance from our own teachers, @harinyc @gurusinghyogi and @yogiamandeepsingh, we guided and nurtured a vibrant kundalini yoga community. Our memories of classes and trainings in the Treehouse, all the students we met and cared for and our Tenth Gate teachers who gave so much of themselves over the years, will stay with us forever. We look forward to being back in RI on the 25th of October to share more of the teachings and to be together, once again, in community.
