Hari has practiced and taught Qi Gong for 15 years incorporating the synergistic systems of kundalini and Qi Gong for all levels. Qi Gong is a healing form, (similar to Tai Chi) with postures and sequences that are flexible and tuned to an individual’s needs and goals for body and mind. Hari focuses on both energizing and meditative movements centered around the Taoist elements (water, wood, fire, earth, and metal) and deep relaxation to experience Wuji; primal being prior to patterns and habits. Students feel balanced, relaxed, and energized from the practices. Her teachers include Chris Chen, Grand Master Sung Baek, and John Monroe from White Cloud Qi Gong (New Zealand).
